In a 12 team league 5x5, I employed a certain draft strategy. I didn't take a closer till the 8th round, and my first pitcher in the 12th round. I noticed last year that there were alot of good pitchers available (jon garland and company) off the free agent wire. Here's my team
C Ramon Hernandez
1B Paul Konerko
2B Chase Utley
3B Morgan Ensberg
SS Carlos Guillen
OF Carl Crawford
OF Grady Seizmore
OF Coco Crisp
Util Pat Burrell
Util Carlos Delgado
SP Scott Kazmir
SP Kevin Millwood
SP Ervin Santana
SP Chris Young
SP Chris Capuana
SP Freddy Garcia
SP Javier Vazquez
RP Keith Foulke
RP Bobby Jenks
RP Joe Nathan
So tell me your thoughts...

Good work getting Nathan in the 8th.
Lots of spot-starting on your part. Just pick and chose when you think these pitchers will have above-average performances and build up good innings.
There were a few good offensive WW pick-ups last year too. You might get a good 'two-fer' deal if you end up trading some SPs for an ace too.
Take a look at mine.
