This place is supposed to be a bandbox, something like 350 to the power alleys. You think that the fact that the Expos play 22 games there is a good enough reason to bump guys like Vidro / Wilkerson way up, and drop guys like Vazquez and Armas from consideration this year? Never mind Vlade...he needs no help.

Yes, I'd bump Expos' hitters up a notch, but not all that much. I see these games more as a nice bonus than as a reason to completely rewthink their values. I also wouldn't cross Expos' pitchers off my draft lists entirely, but I might consider benching them for these home-away-from-home games until we have a chance to see how the park truly affects hitting.
