I cant believe that Hamel's is anywhere near ready. Would be nice, but he probably needs to actually pitch somewhere first.

Quick question. What happens if/when Wolf comes back this season? Madson go back to pen? Does Wolf get into rotation this year after some time in RP? I hear they are predicting a mid-july comeback. Also, Wolf is a free agent as are Lidle & Franklin after this year.

It would probably depend on how Madson is doing as a starter around that time? If he's doing above-average or better, then they'd probably keep him in the rotation. Wolf could be in the pen for a while if/when he comes back this year.

Wolf is coming off of reconstructive elbow surgery and isn't expected to be available until the midseason. When he does come back, he'll more than likely start out in the bullpen and not start games. His production will be limited, and it will be that way for half of a baseball season.
