why is nobody talking about phil nevin...

Check your league eligibility requirements. Believe it or not, in many leagues Nevin has Catcher eligibility, which makes him a huge sleeper.

He's got the DH job (for now) with Durazo gone. I don't expect much out of him, but in park, as a Catcher, I'll take him over Benji Molina any day.

people forget, he was in the hitter friendly confines of arlington part of last season too, and stunk.
the guy is hitting 4th with hopes that it rejuvinates him, but im not buying into it. the biggest reason he still has a roster spot on the team is his salary. right now he's the only real dh on the 25man because looch is playing the outfield.
ultimately i think when gmj is healthy and or nix, dellucci goes back to dh, with nevin spelling him against lefties... that is until the rangers decide to call up their big hitter from AAA jason botts.
