Francona also outlined his likely starting lineups. Mike Lowell will hit seventh against righthanded starters and sixth against lefties. Wily Mo Peña stands to bat seventh against lefthanded starters. The lineup should look as follows:

Nothing unexpected here, except maybe that Nixon is batting 5th against righties, it hurts varitek's value a little but not a ton.

Also i expect Lowell to drop once he starts stiking it up during the regular season.

Looks pretty good, I think it'll change pretty quick though once Lowell starts Bellhorning up the joint.
