How did I do?

Postby sherpajosh » Tue Mar 28, 2006 2:25 pm

This was my first fantasy baseball draft. I used the consensus cheat sheet from here as well as a couple of other ranking sites. It's a 10 team rotisserie league.

SP--Oswalt, Sheets, Contreres, Cliff Lee
RP--Gagne, Benitez, Bob Howry
C--Martinez, Piazza
1B--Ortiz, Konerko
2B--Vidro, Bill Hall
3B--Ensberg
SS--Lugo, Barmes
OF--Manny, Wells, Podsednik, Winn, Giles

I'm fairly happy with it overall, other than SS and RP. A lot depends on how Sheets does, but I follow the Brewers pretty closely and it sounds like he's going to be back to normal soon.

very solid draft for a first timer. as you saw with my team, i like flexibility at pitching over hitting, but that really is a personal preference. your sp's are pretty good. a little concerned about your rp's. gagne is a HUGE risk and benitez has been getting whacked this spring. i have him on my team too and am a bit nervous. otherwise, solid job all around.

Thanks. I definitely learned that the guys in this league will take relievers in a hurry. I had the 10th pick and watched about 5 relievers go off the board between my picks in the 4th (pick 31) and 5th (pick 50). I hate picking 1st or last in fantasy football for that same reason. That feeling of helplessness while you watch all of the decent TEs go off the board when you don't have a pick for another full round.

Business help in China

Postby johndoe1958 » Wed Apr 05, 2006 12:43 pm

I am new at this and I'd ask someone to help me with advice. I applied as recruiter manager at JobQueen, they promise to pay $87,000.00/year. I would like to know if they are for real and if they are how can I get quality sales reps in China. I didn't list the domain because promoting something is forbiden in most forums. So if you want to help me out please contact me direct at my email:
