on saturday thomas was cleared to play real spring training games...he joined the team on sunday and hit a homer...before that he had been playing minor league spring training games and hit real well...he expects to be ready for opening day...he's hitting in between chavez and milton bradley, which is pretty decent...if healthy he probably won't play more than 135-140 games, but he's a decent late round pick

you're completely right, but frank thomas is my hobby, so i don't mind doing it...if you're not prepared to get daily/weekly updates on him, don't bother drafting him...i should have stated that earlier

I honestly don't believe anyone drafts him in the first place.

i think the royals are more likely to win the world series than frank thomas is to play 135-140 games.
