Rate my Closers ( WHIR )

Postby The 3 Legged Dog » Mon Mar 27, 2006 12:17 am

Ok so it was a 10 team league, H2H scoring. As I am looking over my roster and was trying to gauge where I stand w/ this aspect of my closers. Looking for some feedback. Leave a link to your post as well. TIA!

Nathan is a stud.
Fuentes is a strikeout machine who won't get many save opportunities.
Valverde is ok. Same concern as Fuentes.

For a 10 team league, you could've done better, but my guess is beyond Nathan you didn't really target closers or got left behind when the draft took a run at closers.

Nathan's gold.

Valverde has a chance to save a ton, but the D-Backs have to competitive for him to do so.

Fuentes is a nice closer, but Colorado relievers have a history of flaming out, so I'd be careful with him.
I never smile if I can help it.... Showing one's teeth is a submission signal in primates. When someone smiles at me, all I see is a chimpanzee begging for its life.
