I was looking at Dunn's game log today just out of curiosity. Since May 30, he has 6 rbi, all by solo hr's. So then I got to looking at the rest of his games, and he only has 6 rbi total on days that he didn't homer. Most of his other rbi came in games where he went 1-3 with a hr, 1-4 with a hr. Of course, I can't tell if there where some sace flies in there somewhere, but just glancing, 41 of his 47 rbi came from hr's. This post is pretty irrelevant, just thought it was freaky.

Anyway's, he should have like 60 rbi at least if:
A. Boone wasn't so dumb to bat him leadoff
B. People could get on base in front of him, of their regulars, only Dunn, Kearns, Guillen and Griffey have OBP's higher than .350
C. He could hit

Yes, I'm a little bitter, I've has this cancer dragging down my team for a month and a half for a lousy 6 hr and 6 rbi.

yeah, it'd be so nice if dunn could just hit .280 for awhile and maybe get about 1.5 times the RBIs than HRs. but when he's like .220/6/6 for the last month, is it really worth it, unless there's a 4 point logjam in HRs.. maybe from 3rd-7th place or something.

but more times than not, that'll kill ya. i didnt start him tonight, and he had another solo job. still, i'm more pleased with morgan ensberg continuing down the path of quality that he's been on for a minute.
