he's jekyll and hyde. he has upside, but also downside, which is why i think he's available as a FA in most leagues.
sure, he can go 7-8 innings with 1-2 ER and some solid K numbers, but he can also give up 6 ER in 4 innings.
until he irons out the bad outings, he'll be available. when he figures out how to stop the bleeding and not have 3-4 ER innings, i think he could be a solid 2-3 pitcher in a rotation. i dont think he has ace upside, but he could certainly be a serviceable 10-15 win guy for 8-12 years, injury permitting.
