First of all, I would move Dunn to 1st, Utley to 2nd, Francouer to OF, and put Freel on your bench with Lugo as your util. Your offense is pretty good, a healthy mix of speed and power. Your closers are excellent, but I would not at all be comfortable with your starting. See if you can move Nathan for a 2nd tier starter.

Ya, your hitting is solid, I agree with these moves, except I think you need to keep Nathan, as good RP are one of the most important pieces in fantasy baseball, but your P is the worst part of your team, the only upside is you got 2 P on your bench that if they play well the first couple game you can move in to start, I'm talking about Millwood and Mussina.
