I'd take Patton over Rogers.
Rogers walked 70 in 98 innings in low A ball. Sure he's 19, but you can't just ignore that. He might put it all together fast and reach that ceiling, or he might take forever to get it together.
Patton, meanwhile, has put up sparkling numbers at both low and high A and seems a lot more polished. He seemingly only has the "normal" things to figure out, making me think he is a much better bet to contribute soon, and to not be a bust.
Why do people feel Rogers' ceiling is higher, anyway?
