Who would the 2 SP be that I listed? I can't remember their names.

well i did draft chris young in the 15th round of a 12 team league. i think he's a good candidate for the "best buy" list, as is ray, who was also drafted in the 15th round. both have some promising stats, but IMO young should be your 5-6th SP and ray should be your 2-3rd RP.

i would not recommend drafting Ryan Church, who was also on espn's list. church had a good stretch with the nats last year, but i personally don't think he's worth a slot on anyone's team right now....maybe worth a FA pick later this season if he's hot.

as for the rest of espn's list, i think they're mostly good buys except crawford and myers. they typically get drafted where they should or even sooner.

Well Chris Young had a pretty good year in Texas and now he's moved to a pitchers park so he should have a great year.

Ray will be the closer in Baltimore. Had a good season as a setup man and I expect him to save around 30-35 games

and for those with DVR or Tivo, the Baseball Tonight crew is talking fantasy on Monday from 3-4....i doubt there will be any insight that hasn't already been offered on this fine website, but i'll be watching anyway

I didn't have a problem with any of the guys they listed. Obviously they're talking about completely different level players and they were all over the board on that but I think they're all "High Value" players with regard to where you may pick them. I'm kind of pissed they mentioned Hardy and Soriano because when you're in a league with guys who aren't your average Cafe junkie, those are names you already know that nobody else in your league does...

Those are all pretty solid picks, assuming they are taken at the approriate time in a draft.

The only interesting one to me is Soriano RP from Seattle. Anyone have inside knowledge on him? Backup closer for Guardado?
