Kaz Matsui will have NO appreciable fantasy value, will apparently begin the year on the DL (and is expected to be there for a minimum of 3 weeks) after injuring his knee while sliding, and indeed appears to be a VERY pricey bust. Although Jeff Keppinger handled his onfield duties well, off the field his whining and complaining won him no points with either Omar or Willie, and it would seem as if Anderson Hernandez will begin the year as the Met middle infielder. A speedy contact hitter, Anderson offers some SB value but should be considered in only the deepest of leagues.
