obviously a-rod is the first thought. i'd like to upgrade jeter into a rbi/homer threat at SS. who is going to be that besides a-rod for the second half?
from the first half - cabrerra, renteria, tejada, mora, a. gonzalez (marlins), boone & nomar
who would you go after?

Nomar looks like he's at his old-form again. Tejada is also a big second-half player. With those two guys, you can't go wrong.

Going to huge someday.

Take my biased opinion however you want, but Nomar is my pick. His AS splits are very even, with no major differences in HR or BA. Here is one very important fact to think about, however. The Sox play something like 40 of 65 games at home after the break, where Nomar has a career .340 BA in 438 games. Pretty impressive.

thanks for the responses. realistically, there are only a couple i could get my hands on. nomar's owner is a 100% non-trader. he often goes through seasons making NO trades; hate him.
i could proabably get cabrerra, tejada, renteria, mora or boone
who's best?

Your not going to get much for jeter.
With a bit of luck, his life was ruined forever. Always thinking that just behind some narrow door in all of his favorite bars, men in red woolen shirts are getting incredible kicks from things he'll never know.
