I hate to say it, but that team is woefully inadequate -- especially for a small 10 team league.
I assume you drafted:
1. Santana
2. Peavy
3. V-Mart
The problem is, while loading the front end of your rotation, you started off going pitching heavy in a year where the arms market is DEEEEP and so you missed out on stud hitters. It would be one thing if this was a keeper league, then you would be set up well for future years. But, as it is, you have a promising rotation and solid bullpen. But, you made some major mistakes in the middle portion of the draft, reaching down for inexperienced youngsters when there must still have been great, veteran hitters on the board. As for your bullpen, I would get rid of Brazoban, there ae better setup men outthere to get your holds. Look for Linebrink, Shields, Crain, Duhscherer, Wheeler,Politte, Farnsworth...
As for your hitters, I would try to package a couple of those youngsters for a proven hitter. Perhaps you can find someone who needs steals and offer him Pods and a prospect for an outfielder who can help you in several categories.
