You look good to go man. If anything, you might want to look into getting another top tier pitcher, but thats a minor worry. Webb could be that second ace this year, but time will tell.

You could also do with a solid avg guy. All these guys are good hitters, but you don't really have anyone who is going to hit much above 300. Unless Teixeira pulls off an MVP type season, which isn't out of the question.

Other than those two minor flaws, I'd say you're ready to compete.
