Yet another college topic

Since you are undecided about what you want to study I'd say go to a cheaper school for a couple of years and get a lot of your general ed out of the way. I'm sure you'll get a better idea of what you want to declare and you'll save tens of thousands of dollars while doing so. Assuming you are able to keep your grades up you should have no problem transferring to the school of your choice later, so your degree will still come from one of the prestigious schools you named.

I would say UPenn of the top of my head, but Philadelphia is such a depressing city. Stanford has it all. Great education, great location, great sports programs. And all of those matter because after being a bookworm you're probably going to want to do something in the town your at. You'll enjoy your experience tht much more. By the way I hope you're getting a scholarship or something because all of those schools are at $40,000 a year :-o .

That's true, but it's almost guaranteed that a good job will come right out of it, so it shouldn't be impossible to pay back.
