The Kim/Shea trade seems even better now than it did when it was first made, with Kim now closing. Hillenbrand is good ballplayer, a great 3B, and I really like him when he was with us. But this season Kim will become invaluable to a pitching staff that needed it. Mueller has been doing great at 3rd for us this season, hitting .327. Granted Shea looked awesome last night with his 3 HR and 7 ribbies, but in the end we should all be very happy with this trade. Down the road, Kim could become Derek Lowe, great closer turned great starter, but for now, we really need that stopper in the ninth desperately. I know Sox fans give this every year, but our offense is superb and the staff is starting to take shape. And Pedro will be Pedro, like he proved yesterday. Not that that really has anything to do with this, I just love watching Pedro pitch...
