What are you plans for your staff? Your team is bad with the pitching the way it is... Great offense.

i figure that rivera will keep my head above water in terms of saves, and hoping that FA will supply me with another closer or middle reliever, but im thinking of trading reyes for a good pitcher and plugging lugo into that spot...

ideas?

You lose alot of speed giving up Reyes, but Lugo is a decent replacement.

If you can get a top tier pitcher for Reyes, I would do it.

if i were you i would try to rid of one of your OF...your OF is great and w/ francouer on the bench you have extreme depth...maybe too much i would deal someoen like matsui who if francouer produces to what he is hyped up to do will put up similar numbers and you still have solid chocies as your other uti player anyway. Or you could just hold on to everyone and try to pick up a closer when teams find out who they are, like baltimore and TB. but for now if baez is availible he might see save opportunities early then you can deal b/c they want to keep gagne and wont rush him

Reyes= Pettite (While not the best in keeper will do good this year), Beckett, or someone in that range,

But since your team is so young for the main part I'd ook at shipping Abreu off for a elite P, He is still a solid player and top 25 for this year, but I'd expect his numbers to dip a little by little the next 3 years. Plus right now you should be able to land a elite P for him.

I love the team on hitting and on pitching I'd look into Joey Devine from ATL, and the new closer in KC for more rp, I dont know of any hot SP but one or two will surface before long.

Please rate my team.
