If Villanova loses (so far its Florida over Nova 35-30 at the half), that means no #1 seeds made it to the final four. I remember some expert on ESPN said that he believed no 1 seeds would reach the final four, I should have taken his advice. Unless Villanova beats Florida, I can't really envision a high scoring affair inthe upcoming games. LSU has huge players like big baby, UCLA is all defense, George Mason has been cruising, but theyre not the best offensively, but Florida has a pretty decent O with Noah, Green, Brewer. My prediction is UCLA, like in the old glory days.
i was suprised they could keep up with uconn.. they were just hitting those 3s today.. it hurt..
I think with that loss though gay will stay, hes not nba ready yet, williams hopefully will stay and boone should stay and with adrian theyre gonna be looking pretty good next year
I'm pretty annoyed right now, considering UCONN is my team and was also my pick.
It ticks me off more than anything when really talented teams don't play up to their ability like UCONN just did. The last three weeks they played like a team that didn't look anything like the team that was #1 during most of the season. They were extremely lucky to even have made it this far.
Alright Uconn going down guaranteed me 2nd place in my pool, still can't believe Mason won. That gets me back a good sum of dough.
Anyway I'm really liking Florida's shots. They've dominated all there gaems except the one against Georgetown(although first two rounds weren't power conference). UCLA has looked shaky in almost every one of there games and LSU has been playing a bunch of tight games this whole tourney. You could pretty much count George Mason out but who knows, we were all saying you could pretty much count George Mason out of the Final 4 even up till this morning. I say
