Better Second half for Jeter?

Does anyone know if he is seriously hurt. ALso will he have a much better second half?

ALso do you think that he will have a better second half then Orlando Cabrera?

his hand is not broken, neither is soriano's-- both are listed as day to day but willl not play tomorrow v. CLE.
In response to your second question, Jeter hasn't looked completely like himself since the injury and it is likely that he won't get to be Jeter-like (which hasn't been all that great but still OK the last few years anyway), until next year. My guess, if you're thinking of one or the other, is that cabrera is the better choice.

Anyone Else have an opinion on how Jeter will do and how he will compare to Orlando Cabrera the second half of the year.

I'd say Cabrera will be better for the second half, but Jeter will clearly post better numbers than the first half. He can only go up.

I expect the injury should bother him a bit, but his shoulder will continue to improve throughout the season. Just in time to help the Yanks win the series!
