All of these guys are real close, and could go any way with the picks. I would probably go with Drew or Verlander at the top though because they are so close to the majors already. Stewart will be playing 1/2 his games in Coors, and also Billingsley will be pitching half his games in Dodger stadium. You can't go wrong either way with any of these picks.
Depends if you can wait a coyuple of years or you need someone now.
Everyone around here knows I LOVE Ian Stewart and think hes underated (yes, you read that right) so I'd gop with him if you can wait..if not then depends on if you need pitching (Verlander) or hitting (Wood), take one of those 2 guys.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

It's hard to call a guy who was a Top 10 prospect a year ago and still a Top 20 prospect this year after being hurt, underrated. Though I can understand why you would say that in the long run.
I know you didn't list Justin Upton with the others, but is that just due to you not thinking he should be? He wasn't one you said was taken, so if that is the case I would rather have him over the ones you listed. Also don't put to much stock in what rotoworld says on ETA's, I'm sure they just see him as a H.S. prospect and automatically put 2009 to be safe. He should move as quickly as his brother, who if didn't have fielding problems would of stayed in the majors after only 2 years in the minors.
Stewart - Huge Fantasy Potential.
Drew- SS, shouldn't have to move to another position despite Justin Upton. I think Upton's moving to the OF.
Billingsley- Pitchers park, huge upside.
