Am I playoff bound?

Here's my team info below. I'm currently 3rd in record and second in points, the top 4 teams make the playoffs. Am I good to go or should I maybe trade a pitcher for a first basemen? Thanks for any input.

I'd like to, but my roommate (first place team) has Helton and his pitching is almost, but not quite, as good as mine. What would be a fair offer for Giambi/Thome. One team's got them both (and Huff) and he needs starting pitching. Who would you give up for one of them? I'd love to have Giambi but he'd probably cost me Mulder or one of my top flight studs. Should I just offer him? He's also offered me S. Green for J. Santana. Would this be a good idea, or is my outfield good enough. (Not that Green's been great, but I had him last year and he had a real solid second half) I worry about Juan, but I also worry about trading for another guy and having Juan ripping it up on my bench.
