thats about what I would expect this season.

He could be a nice keeper, but looking at some of the lines posted, that was first four rounds material. He is not all that

So once he comes off the board in your auction, you'll post what you "actually" project him out to?

Something closer to .275, 18 HR's, 15 SB's???

:-D

lol no ..

but please understand ..
Minor league baseball is littered with 20/20 type prospects for the OF. what makes him special?

also I have a Detroit homer in my league, so my chances of getting him at any value are slim to none anyways. so i have no reason to depress his batting line.
Actually I think I should inflate it for them ...

hang on

What makes him special goes to the heart of what is meant by the subject of this thread. How many other potential 20/20 guys are available in the last few rounds of your draft?

You really think CB will believe the leadoff hitter for the Tigers will have 81 RBI? Good luck. :-D

but he won't go 20/20

Well, I can't really debate this with you since you won't give your true projections because of your auction right now.

But I'm not even projecting 20/20 if you read my earlier post. But I do think it's a possibility, which is why I inserted the key word "potential" in front of 20/20. ;-)

He was only joking with those projections (or was he), but I agree with pogo, which is why I only projected Curtis for 65 RBI's.

Let's put it this way: In Johnny Damon's 4 years with Boston, these were his RBI totals: 63, 67, 94 and 75.

I don't think Granderson is going to get more than 65 and that's if he has a great year.

I need to see Detroit's projected opening day lineup before I start going ape over Granderson. I've liked him since he was in the minors and Detroit flaunted him around as their top hitting prospect. If I see Granderson in the lineup and Logan on the bench I'll snatch him up. Until then I'm going to have to wait.
