I made up a rock, paper, sissors-type game once to get laid. We had pencils and hot air balloons... who knows. We were drunk. What a great game.

At first you were, but we have all the outcomes memorized now. Some of the finger mutilations (like dragon and such) are hard to do without taking a minute of finger manipulating, but we're getting the hang of it.
