you went a little pitching heavy, which is risky because pitching is so much less predictable than hitting. That being said, Santana and Zambrano are my 2 top pitchers, with Sheets in the small group just behind them. It looks like you even have some good pitching on your bench, which is a little unneeded at this point in the season. I promise you that you will be playing Sweeney at first when he's healthy. "The mayor" is the most boring fantasy 1st baseman ever.
Is that Kotchman at 1b? If so that's a good later round 1b. I like Beltre and Holliday also. I don't like Sheets though, since he already aggravated last year's injury.
Is this a 5x5 roto? That's too much speed and not enough depth. I don't think you'll win with 250 steals and 150 homeruns. You need to cut 100 steals and add 60 hr and 30 saves.
Selectively move two of your speed guys (Reyes, Freel, Crawford, Furcal). Try for 1 for 2. I'd try to pick up another closer in the deals too. Like Furcal for Carlos Lee and Reyes or Crawford for Hafner and Jose Valverde. Mackowiak, Pena, and Radke should be your first drops, too.
