Personally, I think that Baldelli and Crisp are expendable. With Wilkerson qualifying at OF and 1B as a reserve and Hermida on my OF bench, one of these two guys, if not both, can equal or outproduce Baldelli and Crisp.
Jojhima is also trade bait. Pierzinski, Barajas, Willingham, Doumit, and Mathis are free agents.
After saying all of this, any thoughts? What are some potential trades I could propose, including package deals?

I'd keep Crisp and Baldelli personally - Miceli has no value on your team with the scoring options at all.

I listed the starting positions so that bench spots could be derived from this. Nevertheless, yes, there are 5 bench spots.
I feel that Miceli does have value as a flyer. I picked him up off of waivers, hoping that he'll open the year as Tampa Bay's closer. The skipper has said it's a two horse race between Orvella and Miceli, and while Orvella has been horrible, Miceli hasn't given up a run.

i love your youth and potential for your offense but your pitching is shaky...your RP is decent, but your starters aren't very solid...maybe one all-star SP or two decent starters would help your team out...check the WW in your league..

Love crisp because he is gonna be a 20-20 guy and score 120+ runs while hitting .300. Also, IMO orvella will have the closers role within a month, if he doesn't start with it, so miceli is a short term option if one at all. Another arm could help, and if you like the catchers on your WW try do deal jowhatever and someone for an upgrade at pitcher
your hitting is sufficient, but your pitching seems a little weak for a 10 team league. You'll want to be on the lookout for pitchers to acquire. I think trading fora pitcher before the season starts is dangerous. You're trying to fill a weakness that rfankly might not be there if things go right. Projecting pitchers is difficult. Wait until the season starts and comb the waiver wire.
