Our League - We have 6 or maybe 7 for a 5x5 Roto AL/NL no keeper league non auction draft (would be serpentine). We have a good format that I know has worked for others. However, we would need more owners to start.

Another League - We could probably join another league as a group. If you have a league rules not to different then above, maybe we can join your league.
