Brian Roberts or Marcus Giles-Weekly Lineup

This is a tough one because I keep waiting for Giles to break out of this funk he is in and in the meantime Roberts has been playing great especially in the SB dept.

Roberts (21 runs, 1hr 5 rbis 9 sb .281)...Mariners and A's
Giles ( 8 runs, 1 hr 4 rbis 1 sb .204 ba over the last month)...Mets and Cubs

Even with the tougher matchup...I am leaning towards Roberts...I am beginning to wonder if the starting 2nd baseman for the National League overachieved early. Will this All Star selection have any effect on his play and maybe kickstart him.

Yes, it is a tough one. My gut feeling tells me to go with Giles though. Roberts will all the tough pitching lineup, while Giles will only get one(Braves). I also agreed that the all star selection will kickstart Giles. Need to play better ball to avoid all the fingers pointing!
