But would you burn a high waiver priority for Burgos? It's a pretty decent league so there's not a ton of dumb drops.

when all is said and done, there are always dumb drops...maybe not a ton but some. I wouldn't use it on a Royal pitcher.

I would use it if you have really weak closers but if you have any decent closers then I would not use a waiver priority. Last year I got Mauer half way through the year on waivers so you always can get really strong players on the WW. So unless you a got a low tier closer as your number 1 closer don't waste your priority.

Burgos will get a shot at the closer's role for at least six weeks while Mike MacDougal (shoulder) is out.
He should be owned in all leagues. If he fails, Jeremy Affeldt could have a shot at it.
