I was looking for info and thoughts on him. He is a good candidate for W's, ERA and WHIP help, but I dropped his ass after his win against the Braves with ZERO K's.

I'm about 45 innings over my limit with Prior Halladay W Williams Willis Webb as starters. Vargas wasn't really gonna crack my rotation in the short term with his schedule, and I probably wouldn't start him in Peurto Rico. When I made my post inquiring about him, I was hoping to hear his K's should increase. When I saw that didn't happen and decided my pitching was fine, I went for depth in hitting to help fill games played.
