I like the team for the most part. I would look at getting rid of Dustin Hermanson. I think his back will do him in. I also think you need a better number one guy than John Patterson and that Starting Pitching is your biggest weakness.

I think you have weak starting pitching. There must be some guys on the market you forgot about like a Bonderman or a Cain or a Lowe...your hitting is decent, but you have no speed. Other than Lee, that outfield also needs a little work. Think about investing in a Granderson or a Hermida for the OF.
Only the winner can go to dinner...

All the pitchers you mentioned are taken already. Anyone else you would suggest that might me on the WW on a high percentage of leagues that people over looked?

And what should I be looking for as far as stats go? K's, IP's etc..This is my first time playing FF Baseball..

H2H you don't have to worry about innings pitched. See if E Santana SP Angels is available. One thing in H2H is that it's always possible to find a hot 3rd or 4th starter on WW, someone who gets on a streak like Jon Garland last year.
Sarloos with the A's may be ok, depending on the A's ability to score runs. Maddux on the Cubs is another possibility, though he'll hurt your ERA, he usually wins. Wang on NY or Wright on NY maybe available as well.
Hermanson is the one to drop.
Take a look at mine if you get a chance, and comment, thanks.
Good luck
