My own analysis:

I said I wouldn't do it but I went pitching early. I ended up with a pretty dood pitching staff. I don't know how Ray will pan out. I was targeting Valverde with that pick. I might drop Papelbon for Reitsma, Burgos, or Duchsherer...any advice on either of these 3?? Oh, Bedard is also still available on the WW too.

Since I went pitching early, my hitters lack a little power. Berkman/Giambi/Matsui/Chavez and too a certain extent Gibbons should get me some HR/RBI. But I feel I am lacking a little in those cats. Also if you look at my hitters avg from last year, it's not that great. I think I have enough speed with Figgins supplemented by Baldelli/Granderson/Kinsler.

I will probably have excess 3B with Chavez/Namah/Huff. Maybe trade bait for later...

How did I do?? Any suggestions for improvement??

I think your assessment is an accurate one. You have a well balanced team, but you power is lacking a bit. The perils of drafting Johan in the first round and all.

I love Bedard, personally. I'd drop Kinsler for him.

Overall, I think you did ok.

You can drop Papelbon. I'm not sure he closes if Foulke goes down.
Burgos could get 25 saves.

Don't be afraid to drop Lowe either. I haven't seen great projections for him.

Re. Gathright, you look pretty set on steals, but I might drop Kinsler for Gathright and then try to deal Gathright to a team who needs steals and has a surplus of power.

Bedard for Paps
Duchsherer for Kinsler

If one of these does not go through (The 2 day waiver period after the draft ends tomorrow) then I will pick up Gathright and try to trade for more power later.

Any other comments on this roster??

lcfiore...DLowe is having a really good spring training.

Personally, I'd hold on to Kinsler, but I'm unusually high on the kid. Nice balance in the lineup. I think Baldelli's going to do great, I'd have loved to have picked him, but I just missed.

I'd also have picked up Burgos instead of Bedard. Don't be surprised if he holds onto the KC closer job.
