Ben Sheets pitched another decent game in winning 3-1 against the Colorado Rockies.
I feel Sheets is overlooked in many fantasy leagues. His ERA is good, his Ks are great, and he has a nice K/BB.
If he is still a free agent in your league, I suggest you pick him up.

I drafted him and then traded him away with Millwood for Maggs (I am so glad it seems like he's starting to tear it up again). I wanted him back, because at the time he was leading the majors in innings pitched and got him and Wood for Kearns. So far, Kearns has scored about 1 point and Sheets and Wood, except for the Wood's last start, have been tearing it up.
Anyways, back to Sheets, I like him a lot. He is underrated. Yeah, he plays on a bad team, but he's a workhorse that has been very very good since the mid-point of last season. If you have guys like Wood, who are prone to walking 7 guys a game, Sheets is great because he has figured his control out.

I agree, Beano had another real good outing tonight and he has been really consistent all season. The Brewers really can win any game he goes out there.
I also have Dejean to come save these good Sheets outings...
but 4 times out of ten he gives up 7 runs and gets no outs.
booooo Mike Dejean.
boooooooooo
Hey the Cheat, Thanks for helping me...cheat.
