Hudson & No Decisions

Postby GSes » Sun Jul 06, 2003 7:10 pm

OMG. As an A's fan I continue to be disgusted. Tim Hudson start for start has been one the best and most consistent pichers in the AL. He has 10 No decisions and 7 in which he has given up 1 or 2 runs. Keith Foulke has blown 4 saves this year all for Tim Hudson. Foulke has been perefect fpr everyone else.

Evertime Hudson piches 1 0f 2 things happen.

1. The bullpen blows it

2. The A's dont score more then 0,1, or 2 runs

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'll agree that Hudson has been very unlucky this season. Gotta feel bad for the guy.

I'm convinced Hudson did something terrible to Foulke at some point in his life; it's the only logical explanation. Maybe he kicked his puppy?

Hudson is only 6-3 yet Oakland is 15-4 in games in which Hudson has started. I have never seen a pitcher that has had Worse Run Support combined with Blown Saves and Poor Relief Pitching. And the amazing thing is that Oakland always seems to score 5 runs the inning after Hudson leaves the game. 4 of Foulke's wins have come in games in which he has blown the save for Hudson. I want the A's to trade Hudson to the Yankees and make him a 25 game winner year after year.

Did I also point out that I have along with Hudson...I also have Jason Schmidt and Brandon Webb.....My pitching for the year is 1st in Era, 1st in Whip, 2nd in Strikeouts but 11th in wins. I am cursed!

Let's just say I'm REALLY glad that my team that has Hudson also has Foulke. :-B
