here is my view over those 3B that have been mentioned:

I'd drop Ventura for Hinske. Ventura he doesn't even play everyday and Hinske getting his power stoke back.

I'm taking Hinske over Ramirez, cuz he is a Jay.

A close call between Koskie and Hinske ...

Hinske or M. Young?

I have A. Boone playing 3B and I can put him at 2B in place of Young with Hinske at Third.

OK, let's stop this nonsense:

List EVERY staring 3B who is better than Hinske!!! Then we can make up our mind from there.

Rolen
Glaus
Lowell
A. Boone
Pujols
Koskie
Chavez
Blalock
Batista

Anyone disagree with any of those, or have more to add?

well I think he is preferable to these players:
Koskie
Chavez
Blalock
Batista

chavez is good, but hinske is ina murder lineup.

then, depending on league aaron boone and pujolsmay or may not bve being played at third. hisnke should be pretty valuabel depending on league distribution.
