Here's my team. I'd love to hear what people think as it's my first time with a fantasy team. When looking it over, keep a couple of things in mind. First, our league has 16 teams, and I had the 14th pick. Second, the league is beyond 5X5. Categories are R, H, HR, RBI, SB, BB, TB, AVG, OPS, IP, W, CG, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP, K/BB.
Let em know what you think. I think I have a lot of potentially good players, but a lot would have to go right for me. Let me know what you think.

Obviously, with 16 teams, there aren't a lot of FA options. At least not until the season starts. But let me know what you think.
E. Encarnación is a sleeper pick I think hahas lots of upside and is looking great in spring tranning. The RP I'm not in love with. Guys like M. Timlin, M. Batista, B. Looper, D. Wheeler, J. Crain, S. Eyre, L. Hawkins, G. Mota, **A. Sisco** I really like this guy. have to be avalible. Take a look at the WW and post back. I will try helping you.

I really think you need to improve your starting pitching alot, see if you can find started like Paul Maholm (PITT) or Chris Young (SD) and if your lucky Liriano (MINN) might be available. Drop some of those relief guys... they wont help you much, if at all.
I like the hitting but the pitching is horrendous, you have to remember that with a roto you have to maintain some balance. Believe me ive seen it year in and year out with the guys who draft hitters the first 10 round. They always finish middle of the pack, because they are so low on all the P cats.
You're right. I do need pitching pretty bad. Unfortunately, with a league of 16, even the waiver wire is looking pretty slim. Most of the guys people have mentioned (Timlin, Liriano, Young, Batista, Looper, Crain etc.) are gone. I think I'll have to keep a tight eye on who's hot as the season gets going and try to pick up an am that way.
But thanks for the help. Hopefully, both Madson, Baker and Santana have breakout seasons...then I'll be just fine. I'd need a lot of luck for that I think though.
I am personally in love with Hafner, and Derek Lee is obviously gonna the anchor of your team with his consistent hitting.
Three things to watch out for from your pitching:
1) Harang is pitching in Cincy, and as much as I like him, the park is going to hurt him because it's hitter friendly
2) Garland's control isn't going to be an exact repeat of last year because I don't think his amazing improvement from 2004 to 2005 is a sign of how he's going to be for the rest of his career. That being said, I think he's a solid pitcher that is still improving overall.
3) Ervin Santana has elbow problems, so be careful because he'll either blow up in a very good way or blow up in a very bad way.
