vetoes in a yahoo league

for some reason almost every trade in my 14 team yahoo league is getting vetoed, the commish is the only one who seems to be able to trade with other people...im curious as to how many votes are required to veto and if this possibly a glitch or something as i know most the people in this league

also, is there a way to change it so more votes are required to veto or to turn the veto system off and just have the trades monitored by the commish?

I think there is a way to change it, Commish has to do it though...

it's 1/3 of the league rounded down, so in a 14-teamer it's 4 votes -- and no, it's not adjustable. the commish can have the trade review method changed if he emails customer care

Oh, I thought you could change it if the season hadn't started yet...

it locks even to the commish once the draft has been held

The veto is kind of stupid, but that's not saying that there is a better way. The commish review give one person the power to decide a trade (with possible manager inclusing if he's cool), otherwise you're up against the rest of the league, who wouldn't let a trade go through if they thought that it would make you better (therefore somehow making them worse possibly.

The moral is: Start lobbying your managers into letting you trade, otherwise live with the players you have.
