This may help for cut outs. Shows how to use the pen tool. Which I have adopted lately. But pretty much the more you practice the better you get

I'm getting a 404 error using that link. Could you check it to make sure it's right? cutting out players is something I'm trying to figure out how to do and am really looking forward to watching it.
