Help me with my team

I am in a 12 team Yahoo H2H league. I am currently in 6th place and would like to make the adjustments to move up the standings but I am not sure where to start. Could you guys help me out with this.

You need pitching badly...Trade some of your OF for a closer and SP...

First, cut Mays, and pick up a closer. Is S. Hasegawa available? He's been named the Mariners closer while Sasaki's out for a couple more weeks. I'd also try and trade Sexson/SP for a good closer if you can. I don't think your starting pitchers are all that bad.
