Great, thanks for all the replies. It's H2H, but most of the opposing teams don't have as many SP's going as I do for the week, so I'll take the advice of the majority and have him sit this one out.
Can I chime in here ... He pitched a complete game against Oakland after seeing them twice in a week. He just mowed down the STL. Both pretty good offenses. And gets them in Pac Bell? Bonds? Rookie Pitcher? Bonds? Haren? Bonds? Catch my drift. It was mentioned here earlier. I say SF wins the day behind a Williams QS.
Bonds was 0-3 against Haren; 2 Fly outs and a grounder to short. He only allowed 2 ERs and it was his first start. I have no idea why you're so down on this kid.

Oh no.. I am not down on him .. guess it comes off that way. I was just illustrating (Poorly) why I thought you should start Williams. I see him getting the win. Williams, not Haren. But not down on Haren. nope..
OH BABY!
Yes, I started him-- yes, I got the CG and the WIN and I am officially on the Jerome Williams bandwagon. He may have, in a very real way, just delivered my division to me. H2H league, playing my rival and I'm up by 60 pts after a day.
I think I'll keep him active next week... no matter where he pitches!
