I don't know how you all feel about Joe Morgan but it seems like ESPN would give the guy some speech lessons.I'll bet he says I MEAN and YOU KNOW about 20 times per inning. Listen tonight. I may be wrong. It could be more than that.
The guy was a great baseball player but sucks on the air.And DAMN it he knows everything there is to know about every play and what to do. Why doesn't he go down into the dugout and manage if he's so smart?
Morgan is fine, I listen to what he says, and he knows his stuff.
Now, if they would get rid of John Morris, I would be happy. Morris
drives me nuts babbling about crap that has nothing to do with the
game.
I have to say that Joe Morgan is one of my favorites. Why doesn't he manage? Well maybe that's just not for him. He might love being just a broadcaster.

Perhaps because there's much, much more to managing a big-league ball club than in-game decision-making.
I love listening to Joe Morgan...I like that he is "down to earth" when he talks...
Joe Buck and Tim McCarver are the ones I can't stand to listen to..
Useless Trivia of the day
England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.
Joe Buck is the worst announcer ever. McCarver sucks when hes around Buck. I'm not a fan of Joe Morgan either.. Actually, i really don't like any of the FOX/ESPN announcers much at all.

John Miller? Might even be Jon Miller, but it's not Morris. And you can learn a lot from both Miller and Morgan. Sunday Night Baseball is the best game to watch if you only watch one a week. I myself watch 30 to 40 a week, but wouldn't miss Miller and Morgan.
