I think you've read the conversation, so it's a bit disingenuous to wonder what's it about. To sum up, it's kind of silly to throw out blanket statements like "Thome has always been a second-half hitter" when we now have multiple online references that can be checked. ;-D

With that, I agree with your points, and will now withdraw from this thread to my corner to weep over the 2/29 "performance" turned in by my team today. :~(
