I didnt land the 4th pitcher I was hoping to, but I will rotate the other 2 spots for whoever is pitching that day. Catcher is weak but otherwise I feel as I have a strong team that can contend as long as Rolen,Thome, Nomar,Hunter all come back from injury strong and Francoeur and Rentieria get hot. Your thoughts?

That says it all right there. In order to contend, you need to have a LOT of question mark players turn out in a positive way, and that's not all that likely to happen. Your offense is bland with Utley being the only guy on the team that I see having a big year. Your starting pitching is decent; I like the 1-2-3 combo of Santana, Pettite and Zito.
I think you have some work to do on your offense if you hope to be a contender. It's just my personal opinion, but I'm not a fan of having guys that are injury concerns and/or are counting on a bounce back year. Too risky IMO.
Your pitching is as close to perfect as I think you can get. I assume the cats are all standard? You should be atop Ws almost every week, Innings, and your ERA should hold up nice. With Street and F-Rod as your RP, you should compete in Saves every week also.
As for your O... I dont think its thats bad. Thome, Rolen, and Beltran come through, your REALLY in business. I would maybe try to move Hunter, and Francoeur as a package for 1 high end run producer and basestealer.
ur right, ur players do need to cm back strong. Ur pitching smwhat scares me tho.You can get better than loaiza and maddux off the wire. I doubt u'll get much out of hunter or Alou this yr
Well pitching up top os strong enough to cover those two, besides that I plan on adding dropping starters for the bottom two spots and try to get pitchers going up against teams like, KC, ARI, Col, ect.

Are you in one of those leagues that doesn't count home runs? Because if you're not, I think you might be in trouble.
Your pitching is top notch, though. I would worry very much about finishing in the top half of the league unless you get some more power. Steals are undervalued, sure, but not this undervalued.
You said Homers would be a problem but Thome, Rolen both are good for 30-45 homers each, Also Hunter is about 25-30 So it Utley,
I'm not the top homer run hitter by far, but will be in the top few, This is a roto league you dont have to be the best in every category to win, You just have to be above average

I wouldn't worry about another starter til the season starts. Remeber not to eat all your innings too soon. Beltran should be better than last year now that he's accustomed to NY. Though Maddux will get you wins, I'm concerned that his ERA will continue to rise and hurt your team ERA.
Good luck.
