My team is as follows:

C Jason Kendall
1B Albert Pujols
2B Roberto Alomar
3B Mike Lowell
SS Miguel Tejada
OF Garett Anderson
OF Ichiro Suzuki
OF Magglio Ordonez
Util Carl Everett
Util Scott Podsednick
Bench Mike Sweeney
Bench Luis Castillo

SP Freddy Garcia
SP Kevin Millwood
SP Hideo Nomo
SP Mark Buerhle
SP Roy Oswalt
RP Joe Borowski
RP Byung Hyun-Kim
RP Jason Isringhausen
MR Octavio Dotel

I play in an eight league team and I drafted a lot of good hitters. However, I know my pitching is weaker, but they have a lot of potential (Buerhle is turning it around and should get more run support, Millwood has pitched a couple of good games in a row and actually gotten run support, Oswalt could be a good pick up if he pitches like he can and doesn't go back on DL, Nomo has pitched well ths season, and Garcia looks like he is turning it around). I feel like my relievers are good and my middle reliever is awesome. What do you think?

Well, like you said, your weakest spot are the starters, Oswalt could indeed be a great pickup. Kendall at catcher isn't the best solution, too, you could try to add some hot guys or stick with him, the rest of your offense should be able to bail you out...
