Your team looks pretty balanced to me. The only problem I really see is that you have a lot of question marks on your team. Like;
I-Rod (health), Atkins (unproven), Tracey (unproven), Beltran (off year last year, needs to rebound), Pena (inconsistent), R.Johnson (age & health), Schilling (age & health), Mulder (health), M.Gonzalez (unproven)

To me that is too many question marks. Although if even half of them pan out in your favor, you will have a very good team that will contend all year. I would maybe look to get some more sure things if I was you, and unload some of your bigger question marks.

you do have some question marks, but overall its not bad. I would try and get one more good bat (a sure thing kind of guy).
