Semi-OT: Baseball Jerseys

Hey guys, havent been on the site for a while (since last season), and I had a question to ask of some educated baseball fans. I'm currently thinking about buying a jersey (or more), and can't really figure out all of the specifics. Here's my main question though.

1. When they say authentic, what do they specifically mean by this? For example:
This "Angels Authentic Road Custom Jersey" from http://www.majesticathletic.com is clearly not what the players wear, and is clearly different than "Angels Authentic Customized Road Jersey" shown at http://www.mlb.com and also made by Majestic athletic.

Mainly I just want to buy what the players wear, and was hoping someone had figured this out a bit ahead of me. Thanks in advance!

They SHOULD both be good to go as far as authenticity and "what the players wear." Each team does have a few variations though, and may change slightly from year to year.

IMO, if you get something from a reliable seller (ie. MLB.com or Majestic, etc) then it should be the goods. If it's an MLB jersey made by Majestic, then it should be authentic, be it a replica or a real, in which case it should be clearly noted somewhere.
