Thanks for the link!

According to the article:
Pump prices have gone up even though the cost of crude oil has remained relatively stable during the same period.
But that's probably going to change, some analysts said, because crude oil prices are expected to rise sharply in the coming months.
Thanks for the info though! I appreciate it!

so they're gigging us just becasue they can?
That's the way I read it.

I need to move to Texas.
Come on down!
As to the cheapie gas, use at your own risk. I blew out several fuel filters and fuel pumps using the cheapie gas. Bought a brand spanking new 1996 Saturn (back in '96 of course) and the salesman fed me some line about the Saturn's operating best on the cheapest gas. So stupid me, I used the cheapie gas and clogged the fuel filter, which blew out the fuel pump before I reached 2,800 miles off the lot in a BRAND SPANKING NEW CAR! Warranty replaced it all, and I turned around and did it again in another 5,000 miles. 7,800 miles total, and two fuel filters and pumps trashed. That's not the only car I've had that happen to, and yes, I did switch gas stations after each problem, so use that cheapie gas at your own risk. I won't.
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
