Which pitchers are worth Griffeys value

For those of us who wanna take the risk of going after griffey jr, what kind of pitchers are worth his value. Expecting 1 15 day dl trip of course.

A guy who, when on his game is as good as anyone. Although maintaining health is the issue. Is aging, so some form of decline can be expected.

Curt Schilling comes to mind.

Vazquez, Schilling, Cabrera, Lackey, Webb. I think all those guys could be traded straight up for Griffey.
